最近，韓國(guó)首位女總統(tǒng)樸槿惠的日子不太好過(guò)。

媒體報(bào)道顯示，她的閨蜜崔順實(shí)曾經(jīng)幫她修改演講稿，還涉嫌接觸大量機(jī)密文件。樸槿惠承認(rèn)了修改演講稿的事實(shí)，并且向韓國(guó)民眾道歉。但是韓國(guó)民眾并不買(mǎi)賬，上街抗議要求樸槿惠辭職。她所在的新國(guó)家黨也對(duì)此表示擔(dān)憂，并同意徹查該事件。因涉嫌干政的閨蜜崔順實(shí)為韓國(guó)邪教組織“永生教”創(chuàng)始人崔太敏之女，甚至有議員擔(dān)心樸槿惠其實(shí)是被該邪教控制了。

近日，處于輿論中心的崔順實(shí)回到韓國(guó)，表示會(huì)配合調(diào)查，并在當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間10月31日接受傳喚。

下面，我們就用幾個(gè)關(guān)鍵詞來(lái)回顧一下整個(gè)事件經(jīng)過(guò)。

Close confidante 閨蜜

樸槿惠與崔順實(shí)是40年的好友，不但是confidante（閨蜜、密友），而且是close confidante（關(guān)系密切的閨蜜）。據(jù)報(bào)道，崔順實(shí)不但幫樸槿惠修改演講稿，還給她提供穿衣方面的建議（choice of wardrobe），真是工作和生活上的好閨蜜啊！

英國(guó)《衛(wèi)報(bào)》在報(bào)道這件事的時(shí)候用Rasputin-like figure和éminence grise來(lái)指代崔順實(shí)。

Rasputin-like figure就是“類似Rasputin式的人物”，這個(gè)Rasputin指的是舊時(shí)俄國(guó)最后一個(gè)沙皇尼古拉二世的密友Grigori Yefimovich Rasputin，中文多譯為拉斯普汀，據(jù)說(shuō)他對(duì)沙皇夫婦在各方面都有重要影響。他是農(nóng)民的兒子，從沒(méi)有上過(guò)學(xué)，但是很有天賦，23歲成為修士，后來(lái)發(fā)展成為神秘的信仰療愈師。關(guān)于他對(duì)沙皇尼古拉二世夫婦的影響，眾說(shuō)紛紜，有些也難免夸張，但是，在1915到1916年之間，拉斯普汀的確被看作權(quán)力、淫蕩和欲望的代名詞，他也因此在1916年被俄國(guó)貴族暗殺。

《衛(wèi)報(bào)》的報(bào)道原文：

“Uncertainty over the future of the South Korean president, Park Geun-hye, is expected to intensify after a Rasputin-like figure at the centre of a mounting political crisis returned to Seoul, a day after thousands of protesters called for Park’s resignation.”
數(shù)千民眾要求樸槿惠辭職的抗議后，位于此次政治危機(jī)旋渦中心的拉斯普汀式人物（崔順實(shí)）回到首爾，樸槿惠的前途變得愈發(fā)不確定。

Eminence grise是法語(yǔ)，相當(dāng)于grey eminence，英文解釋為a powerful decision-maker or adviser who operates "behind the scenes" or in a non-public or unofficial capacity（強(qiáng)勢(shì)的“幕后”/非官方?jīng)Q策者或者顧問(wèn)）。

《衛(wèi)報(bào)》的報(bào)道原文：“The complex and at times bizarre allegations surrounding Park’s relationship with her alleged éminence grise have gripped South Koreans since media alleged last month that Choi, the daughter of a religious cult leader, had vetted Park’s speeches, gained access to classified documents, and dictated key economic, defence and foreign policies.”
上月，韓國(guó)媒體報(bào)道稱，邪教領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人之女崔順實(shí)曾經(jīng)修改過(guò)樸槿惠的演講稿，接觸機(jī)密文件，還曾插手決定重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)、國(guó)防以及外交政策。自那以后，韓國(guó)民眾就密切關(guān)注樸槿惠和這位“幕后顧問(wèn)”之間的關(guān)系以及相關(guān)的各種復(fù)雜又怪異的說(shuō)法。

Religious cult 邪教

崔順實(shí)的父親崔太敏是邪教組織“永生教”（the Church of Eternal Life）的創(chuàng)始人，樸槿惠的母親被暗殺后，崔太敏聲稱在夢(mèng)中受到囑托，要幫助其母照顧樸槿惠，并因此與樸槿惠成為朋友。樸槿惠的父親樸正熙被暗殺之后，崔順實(shí)開(kāi)始成為她的閨蜜。1994年，崔太敏去世后，兩人的關(guān)系變得更加密切。

“Some lawmakers, including those in Park’s ruling Saenuri party, have even voiced concern that she has fallen under the spell of a religious cult, with Choi performing the role of shaman – prompting one opposition MP to claim the country was being ruled by 'a terrifying theocracy'.”
包括樸槿惠所在的新國(guó)家黨之內(nèi)的部分議員甚至擔(dān)心她一直被邪教組織精神控制，而崔順實(shí)就是對(duì)其實(shí)施控制的巫師，由此導(dǎo)致反對(duì)黨議員表示，韓國(guó)正在被‘可怕的神權(quán)政治’統(tǒng)治。

Corruption 腐敗

媒體報(bào)道顯示，在給樸槿惠提供工作和生活方面的建議同時(shí)，崔順實(shí)還利用這份特殊的關(guān)系為自己謀利，讓自己的女兒進(jìn)入好大學(xué)。我們都知道，韓國(guó)的高考?jí)毫Σ贿d于我國(guó)，進(jìn)入大學(xué)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)那么激烈，崔順實(shí)的女兒卻可以那么輕易獲得好大學(xué)的入學(xué)機(jī)會(huì)，這也難怪韓國(guó)抗議民眾當(dāng)中有不少中學(xué)生了。

“Choi is being investigated for using her ties to Park, 64, to solicit $70m in funds from conglomerates, including Samsung and Hyundai, for two nonprofit foundations she set up. Choi has denied misappropriating some of the money for personal use.

“閨蜜干政”的消息曝光之后，樸槿惠向全體韓國(guó)人民道歉，但是堅(jiān)稱崔順實(shí)只是幫她修改過(guò)一些演講稿。為了平息民眾的憤怒，她還要求青瓦臺(tái)首席秘書(shū)官集體遞交辭呈，并承諾改組內(nèi)閣。但是，媒體曝光的資料顯示，崔順實(shí)不光修改過(guò)樸槿惠的演講稿，還接觸過(guò)一些機(jī)密文件，其中包括與日本和朝鮮有關(guān)的文件。韓國(guó)民眾的憤怒也沒(méi)有因?yàn)榭偨y(tǒng)秘書(shū)們的辭職而平息。

“Park offered the country a brief apology, but insisted Choi’s influence had not extended beyond checking drafts of her speeches soon after she entered the presidential Blue House in early 2013. Files obtained from Choi’s personal computer by the broadcaster JTBC TV, however, suggest Choi edited some of Park’s key speeches and received confidential documents, including files relating to Japan and North Korea(DPRK).

Emergency arrest 臨時(shí)逮捕/緊急逮捕

北京時(shí)間10月31日22時(shí)40分，韓國(guó)檢方宣布緊急逮捕韓國(guó)總統(tǒng)“閨蜜干政”事件當(dāng)事人、正在接受調(diào)查的崔順實(shí)。當(dāng)日早些時(shí)候，崔順實(shí)前往首爾中央地方檢察廳接受檢方傳喚。

“Prosecutors are investigating allegations that Choi Soon-sil used her friendship with President Park Geun-hye to influence state affairs by gaining access to classified documents and benefited personally through non-profit foundations, a prosecution official said earlier.
韓國(guó)檢方表示，檢方正在調(diào)查有關(guān)崔順實(shí)涉嫌利用與總統(tǒng)樸槿惠的關(guān)系解除機(jī)密文件并干預(yù)國(guó)家事務(wù)，以及從非盈利基金會(huì)中獲取私利的指控。

Worried that Choi may be a flight risk and could destroy evidence, prosecutors placed her under emergency detention without a warrant, Yonhap reported, citing a prosecution official.
因擔(dān)心崔順實(shí)會(huì)潛逃或者毀滅證據(jù)，檢方對(duì)其實(shí)施了沒(méi)有逮捕證的緊急逮捕。

Under South Korean law, a suspect can be held under emergency arrest without a warrant for up to 48 hours. A longer detention requires an arrest warrant issued by a court.”
根據(jù)韓國(guó)法律，嫌疑人可以在沒(méi)有逮捕證的情況下被緊急逮捕48小時(shí)。更長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的拘留需要法庭出具逮捕證。
