The second Zhangjiagang online culture festival opened on July 27. Themed around “uniting micro-power and spreading positive energy”, the festival consists of more than 10 events in three categories and lasts until December.

The events include an online public service activities selection, an online public service ads contest, a micro-film exhibition, a micro-novel contest and a travelling photo contest with photos from mobile phones.

The first event, a biking activity to send sunstroke prevention products to workers, starts on the same day. A total of 45 volunteers will give out cold drinking water and towels to sanitation workers and traffic policemen on duty.
